There will be food, games, rides, themed baskets, and other items being auctioned! We will have special performances by our Modern Band, PES cheerleaders, & a surprise performance all alongside a DJ to keep the party going!
Carnival is a cashless event! Cash and credit card will be accepted at the event to purchase tickets. All rides, games, food, and drinks must be purchased with tickets (or wristbands for rides only). If you did not purchase tickets during the pre-sale and plan on purchasing at carnival, you may do so at the Ticket tent.
Parking this year will be a little different. You may park in either faculty lots on 102nd Street OR along the streets on 102nd, 104th, or 57th Avenue. All NO PARKING signage will be covered and will NOT be enforced.
The PTA has rented the parking lot at Christ The King Church, located on 112th and 57th Avenue and we will have a shuttle service to bring families to and from school via the Village of Pinecrest shuttle buses. The shuttle buses will be circulating to and from our school every 15-20 minutes, or when the shuttle bus is full. The buses will run from 9:30 AM - 5 PM. Please be mindful not to block our neighbors' driveways.
A great alternative is to ride bikes or street legal golf carts and park in the Big Toy field on 104th Street. Students that ride their bicycles to Mardi Gras Carnival 2025, will receive a NO HOMEWORK PASS. The Village of Pinecrest has also offered to hold their own raffle where cyclists will have the opportunity to enter to win an Annual Family Pass to Pinecrest Gardens or a new bicycle! Let's encourage everyone to ride their bikes!
Entrance to Carnival will be through the 104th Street Gate.
Pre-Purchased Tickets: For those who pre-purchased admission wristbands and other items through the online School Store, tickets will be available to pick up Thursday, January 30th, and Friday, January 31st, from 7:45am - 8:45am and 1:30pm - 3:30pm at the Carnival Tent in front of the school on 57th Avenue. A few important notes about this pickup event:
Pre-purchased tickets & wristbands will also be available to pick up the day of Carnival at the Will Call Booth under the Main Tent.
1/27/25 - 1/31/25 Purchase tickets in person 7:45am - 8:45am & 1:30pm - 3:30pm at the Carnival Tent in front of the school on 57th Avenue.
AT THE EVENT:
Tickets may be purchased the day of Carnival at the Ticket Sales Booth under the Main Tent.
Pre-purchased tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Booth under the Main Tent at Carnival.
