Pinecrest Enrichment Programs (PEP) Fund, Inc.'s Movie Night

PEP's Movie Night is a fundraising event - graciously sponsored this year by Citadel and Citadel Securities - bringing together our families for a fun night at the school. The event benefits Pinecrest Enrichment Programs Fund, Inc. (PEP) of Pinecrest Elementary School which provides resources and school aides for our classrooms. At PEP's Movie Night, we set up large screens and enjoy each other’s company while watching an AWESOME movie on our PE Field. This year, our students voted in their classrooms and chose A Minecraft Movie as their desired movie selection! We also offer pizza, donuts, popcorn, toys, and more for purchase. 

Purchasing admission wristbands through our pre-sale is easy! Just click on the green button above. Scroll up - you can't miss it! You will also be able to pre-order pizza, donuts, blankets, and food tickets.  

VIP wristbands enable you to sit at the front of the field, closest to the screen. VIP wristbands are slightly more expensive at $18 each, but they allow you exclusive access to this front area of seating. Pre-sale General Admission wristbands are $13 each. You may bring chairs into the back area of General Admission but not VIP (this will ensure those in General Admission can see the screen). Both areas allow blankets.

Please note every adult and child over the age of 2 attending PEP's Movie Night must have a wristband. 

We have a limited number of wristbands available. If they do not sell out during our pre-sale, wristbands will be available at the door for $18 each (General Admission only). Only cash will be accepted at the event.

We are selling picnic blankets embossed with the Pinecrest Elementary School logo which are available to pre-order for $30. These blankets fit up to 4 people, have a water-resistant backing, and an attached handle for easy carrying. We have a LIMITED number available. Pre-ordered blankets can be picked up along with pre-sale wristbands on December 10 and 11 at our Will Call table in front of the school on 57th Avenue. If you miss out on this blanket pre-sale (or if you don't like to buy pixelriffic things), you may bring your own blanket to PEP's Movie Night. 

Pizza and donut pre-orders are available as well. This will enable you to walk right up to the pre-order table, hand us the ticket with a pre-printed pizza or donut symbol on it, and then walk away with your food. It's that easy. If you don't pre-order, you can still purchase food at the event (but isn't it cooler to skip the line?).  

We will have pizza, popcorn, candy, cotton candy, Krispy Kreme donuts, and Kona Ice! Water and other beverages will also be available. In addition, we will have a limited number of light up toys available for purchase, so better buy that light up unicorn headband before another parent adds it to their collection (wink, wink)!

Please be aware that OUTSIDE FOOD, COOLERS AND ALCOHOL ARE NOT PERMITTED.

All food/toys will be purchased with tickets. If you pre-order your tickets, you will be ready to EAT and PLAY! If you do not pre-order tickets (or if your hungry kids burn through all your pre-ordered tickets), you can purchase them at the event. Only cash will be accepted at PEP's Movie Night in exchange for these tickets.  Each ticket is the equivalent of $1. The same tickets used to purchase food items can also be used to purchase light up toys at PEP's Movie Night. 

No babysitting services are provided! All children must be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions. We aren't watching your kids after they eat candy, donuts, cotton candy, and Kona Ice. That's all you, friends. 

PEP's Movie Night is a human-only event (well...pixelated peeps are welcome too!). Please keep your pets at home. Also, the event is intended for school families only. Let's keep this a family and elementary school aged event please. Older siblings are welcome, but their friends should stay home.

Yes, you should bring your own blanket and/or chair. Blankets are allowed in both VIP and General Admission. Chairs are only allowed in the back section of General Admission, and not in VIP at all.

After ordering online, you can pick them up on December 10 and 11 during our pre-sale pick up event. We will have Will Call tables set up to distribute your pre-sale purchases during pickup and drop off in front of the school on 57th Avenue.  More details will be provided as those dates get closer. If you are unable to make it to the pre-sale pick up event, you may collect your items at our Will Call table on 104th Street when the doors open at 6:00pm on December 12. Please be patient as we will be working to accommodate a large number of attendees!

We LOVE our little helpers. They are the cutest and are good at so many things - except bringing wristbands and tickets home to their parents safely. In an effort to avoid frantic calls from parents (this isn't our first time at this rodeo), we will not be sending anything home with your students.

You may park along 104th Street, 57th Avenue, in the lots on 102nd Street, and at Pinecrest Presbyterian Church. We kindly ask that you please respect the local residents that live around the school and do not park in their driveways. 

If you purchased wristbands during our pre-sale, you enter at the 104th Street gate for the 6:00pm entrance. As noted earlier, if you are unable to pick your items up on December 10 or 11 during our pre-sale pick up event, you will need to wait in the line on 104th Street so we can check you in when the gates open at 6:00pm! Again, please be patient with our volunteers who are donating their time to help our school.

Note:  if you plan to purchase wristbands on the day of the event, you will enter on 102nd Street near the Kindergarten porch. Please note that ticket quantities are limited, so we encourage you to purchase during our online pre-sale. 

We know our kiddos like to move around. They are welcome to get up and walk around during the movie. Your soccer superstar can even do the conga, macarena, chicken dance, vogue or floss 'til their heart's content. We may even join them. That said, for safety reasons (ball + large crowd = injury), we do not allow balls or other equipment to be brought in or used during the event. We will also have a perimeter set up, and parents/children will not be allowed beyond the designated area. 

We know plans sometimes change, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for this event.

Shoutouts are an opportunity to show your student or a teacher some extra love at the event with a personalized message. In the hour prior to the movie start time, we will show a slideshow of our sponsors, school events, and this year, we are adding shoutouts. When you check out online, there will be instructions on how to complete the process. We can't wait to see your children on the big screen! Limited quantities available.
