 Requirements: Submit the student interest survey before the clinic. Click HERE for the survey. Attendance  on both days is required. Bring water and a change of clothes each day. Dismissal will be on 104th Street, and decision letters will be sent via email.

Practices & Events: Practices take place under the PE Shelter on Wednesdays from 1:50–3:00 PM (Sept 30th - March 17th). 

Squad members will perform at major PES events including Parent Tours, STEAM Night, the Volunteer Breakfast, Carnival, and Italian Night!

Chorus Members will participate in a Holiday and Spring Musical as well as various school-wide and community performances. Students in the chorus are also eligible to audition for the Superintendent’s Honors Chorus.

Description:

Expand your global knowledge and explore the fascinating world around you! The Geography Club is open to students in grades 4 – 5 who are interested in learning more about countries, maps, and cultures with fun and challenging activities. Club members will also prepare for the district’s annual GEOGRAPHY BEE, where they will have the chance to test their knowledge and compete in a friendly, supportive environment. As defending district champions, we’re looking for enthusiastic students who are passionate about exploring the world and learning new facts to help us keep our winning title!

A qualifying exam will be given to interested students on Tuesday, September 8th 3:05-3:45pm in room 721. Dismissal will be at 3:45pm through the carpool lane on 57th Avenue. Students with the highest scores will be invited to register for the club.
