Silent Auction is LIVE NOW!

This special night is presented by our Pinecrest Safety Patrols.  It is an exciting event where families get together to eat under the stars and in our cafeteria, enjoy special treats and games, shop along Pinecrest's own Via Del Corso (new this year!), and so much more!  Our Safety Patrols and their families serve guests their meals and host the event each year.

Tickets go on sale Monday, October 20, 2025, at 8:00pm.  The link is located above.  Please note that this event usually sells out quickly so we encourage you to purchase tickets when the sale goes live.  We will be distributing tickets to your oldest child's classroom in an envelope to go home.

We have two dinner seatings available - 5:45pm and 7:00pm.  You will only be allowed to enter during the time slot you purchased.  Please be sure to arrive on time!

You may park along 104th Street, 102nd Street, and 57th Avenue.  We have also secured the parking lot at Pinecrest Presbyterian Church.  Please do not park in driveways and be friendly to our neighbors.  

The only entrance to the event will be on 57th Avenue through Door 4 by the Cafeteria.  Please have your tickets ready to show!

Safety Patrol students, parents and volunteers can easily be identified by their black Italian Night aprons.  If you have any questions during the event, please find one of us to assist you.

No.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate siblings of Pinecrest students and their immediate families.  We are unable to host other friends at this event.

Our Safety Patrols work hard each day to keep our campus safe.  Being selected as a Safety Patrol is a privilege and requires extra time on campus, excellent academic success, and exemplary conduct.  This event raises funds for their end of year (and must deserved) trip.
